Skilled in contractor oversight, health & safety compliance, and tenant relations, she has consistently driven high satisfaction rates while streamlining operations across complex estates.
At Innovation Gateway, Paris will oversee daily building operations, tenant services, and stakeholder engagement. Her remit includes managing essential services such as M&E and security, coordinating space hire and events, and fostering a vibrant ecosystem for life sciences, research, and community activity.
